Payment Methods

You can choose from various payment methods for your tour reservation, depending on the country in which the booking takes place and the time of the booking. But whichever method you choose, you can rest assured that your payment is always safe.  You can use a different payment method to pay your balance from the one used to pay your initial deposit.

AsianventureTours  accepts the following credit cards for payment. The  banking fee may be applied to certain transaction. You are kindly requested to contact the sale person before processing on your payment by credit cards.  
To use your credit card to pay the deposit, after you have selected your tour, contact the sale person if you prefer to make the payment by credit card. The sale person will email you an e-invoice that states the amount you are required to pay. You just need to click the e-invoice link and enter all required information of your credit card.  Once we have processed your credit card, you will get an automatic confirmation stating that your transaction has been successfully done.  
 When using a credit card for a booking on Asianventure Tours, you may see within a few days that your bank account is charged with the amount needed for your purchase. In fact, your bank only reserves this amount until Asianventure Tours  finalizes your payment, after which your account will actually be charged. This may take up to 30 days. During this time, the amount may be deducted from your spending limit.  
This procedure is outside of the control of  Asianventure Tours. If you wish, you can contact your bank to request the release of the reserved amount. 
b, Security
Your payment details will be encoded and sent using a secure connection. You can check the security details by clicking “VERIFIED & SECURED” banner at the bottom of our website. A window will pop up containing all connection data. It shows that an SSL connection is used. (Your credit card information, including the number and expiration date, will not be stored.)
You can make the payment by bank transfer to below bank account for any service you book with Asianventure Tours. Once we receive your application and your option to make a bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank information to which you can transfer the money from your own bank account. This can be done using online banking, a transfer form or a cash transaction at your bank.
Your bank may charge a transfer fee for this option. For international transfers, you are always charged a ‘cross border transfer’ fee on top of the tour price. Your bank will be able to provide you with more information about this. If we do not receive the full amount of your tour, you may be asked to pay for the short amount.
 Once the full amount has been received, you will be sent your updated invoice by e-mail. It may take up to 5 business days after payment before you receive your paid invoice.
You can pay by cash after you have completed your booking. You can only pay by cash at Asianventure Tours Head Office or official  brunch offices .There is usually no fee charged for cash payments, with the exception of bounced checks. If you wish to pay at the office, make sure to bring along the booking confirmation or booking code that you received via e-mail.
