The Fern Resort is sited near to the Mae Surin national park, and is around 10 minutes drive from Mae Hong Son City. The drive time from Mae Hong Son airport to the Fern Resort is approximately 15 minutes. This resort provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. |

The Fern Resort consists of various wooden bungalows are scattering on rice paddies and built in local Shan style with simple yet comfortable facilities. There are a total of 30 rooms overlooking the rice fields and mountains.
The standard bungalow with a private garden view balcony, is fitted with a double bed or 2 single beds and is simply furnished yet comfortable. The interior of the bedroom is completely made out of wood and the bathroom has a shower only. There is no television, telephone or mini bar provided. The deluxe bungalow with a private rice field view balcony is spacious and tastefully furnished with a dressing table, chairs and a small table single beds, plus a dressing table, chairs and a small table. The interior design is a perfect combination of bamboo and teak and the bathrooms has a shower only. There is no television, telephone or mini bar provided. The suite bungalow is built along the rice fields, with a private balcony facing the small creek behind. This type of bungalow is fitted with a double bed or 2 single beds and appointed with a dressing table, chairs and a small table. The suite bungalow is spacious and has teak wooden floors and big window. The bathroom includes a shower only. There is no television, telephone or mini bar provided.
