The Golden Island Cottage II is situated in the middle of Inle Lake at Nan Pan Village. The drive time from Heho airport to Nyaung Shwe pier is approximately 50 minutes, then 40 minute boat ride to the Golden Island Cottage II. |

The Golden Island Cottage II consists of 52 bungalows which are built using bamboo and have lake view balcony.The rooms are in medium size and have window overlooking the lake and getting cool wind. They offer limited amenities and have neither electricity at night time and nor air conditioning but it is nearly always cool on the lake.
The standard room with a private lake view balcony, is fitted with a double bed or 2 single beds and has a bathroom with a shower only. The superior room offers the same facilities as what of the standard room but is slightly larger with a dining area. This room type features a double bed or 2 single beds and has a bathroom with a shower only.

The Golden Island Cottage restaurant offers various traditional specialities of the Shan, Intha, and Pao ethnic minorities and International cuisine including Western, Indian, Chinese as well . The food is expertly cooked, beautifully presented and served in an elegant decoration yet casual atmosphere. The chef of restaurant is happy to offer "a la carte" dining at the request of hotel guests.
