1. PRICES AND VALIDITY
a, The ticket prices are quoted on costs and exchange rates applicable when released. In the event of marked fluctuations in exchange rates , market conditions or revised prices applied by service providers, Asianventure Tours reserves the right to adjust the ticket fares at any time with or without prior notice. The ticket prices confirmed on invoice in writing can remain valid until the actual travel date but some restrictions may apply – unless otherwise stated.

b, The ticket prices are including all applicable taxes and mandatory service charges levied at the time of publication – unless otherwise stated. In unwanted conditions applied by the government or service providers, we reserve the right to adjust our rates if the current tax rates are changing

c, The ticket prices are net and non – commissionable and are effective from November 01, through October 31 of the current year – unless otherwise stated. These ticket prices are only available through our internet booking service.

2. BOOKING REQUEST AND CONFIRMATION
The booking requests can be made by phone, fax, e-mail and through a secured online reservation system. You need to complete the booking form to give us all required information. The uncompleted booking request will not be accepted in any case. Once received your formal booking request, Asianventure Tours will make arrangement to confirm the reservation. You will receive our confirmation in writing via fax or e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. The confirmation process of your booking may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods or special events. In order to guarantee the correct handling and processing of all booking requests, you shall need to forward us any change thereof only via e-mail or fax. The change of any reservation after our initial written confirmation, is also subject to a writing re-confirmation.

3. GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION
In order to be unable to supply you with a service, Asianventure Tours requires you to fill up the booking form and collect certain information from you, some of which may be a personal nature. The collected information is protected by the Privacy Policy of Asianventure Tours, and will be only used to arrange concerned services for your booking. To avoid any loss, injury or damage caused, which you may directly or indirectly suffer, you need to provide us the correct and legal information.

a) Last name , First name and Name title of each Passenger
b) Children's name, and Date of birth (if applicable)
c) Home address, Residence country, Nationality, Passport number
d) Telephone number, Fax number and E-mail address
e) Itinerary dates
f) Any special requests or Requirements due to increased security on various levels we may request additional information as deemed necessary and/or required to handle and complete the reservation.

4. PAYMENT POLICIES
a, The special airfares and some restricted airfares may require full payment within 24 hours after confirmation or at the time of reservation. In order to guarantee your reserved air tickets , a deposit or full payment of the total booking cost is due within 5 days or less after you receive our written confirmation. In any case, the payment term will be stated at the confirmation of your reservations.

b, Currently, Asianventure Tours accepts checks, direct bank deposits, wire payments, money orders by Visa, Master and Amex credit cards.
The credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express) are only accepted via Money Orders and are subject to a supplementary of 3 % for the banking fee. Due to the increased security, the verification process for funds transfers may take up to 10 days. You are suggested to contact us for information.

Important: The passengers will not be accepted unless full payment has been received by our company on / or before the due date(s). The late payments must be agreed and confirmed in writing by our sale staff otherwise these late payments are not accepted. Any service fees, bank charges or processing/transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer. The occurred charges will be charged back to the payer. We reserve the right to cancel any part or the entire tour arrangement if the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date indicated on our invoice. Any unauthorized deductions from invoices or late payments may result in an automatic cancellation. The cancellation fees are applying according to our cancellation policy. They are due immediately after receipt of the appropriate invoice.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
In unexpected circumstances impacting your holiday plan, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. The cancellation/amendment notices must be submitted in writing, accompanied by the appropriate documentation without exceptions. The date of the cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by Asianventure Tours.
The refund will be made through bank transfer or your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. In timely manner, Asianventure Tours will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process once notification of cancellation is announced. This could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on practice of your bank.
The cancellation charges are derived from requirements of the booking conditions of Asianventure Tours and our supplier contractors.

The cancellation charges can be summarized in below cases.
a, The cancellation of your air ticket booking will be subject to a 10% total cost for handling charge. The charge is intended to cover phone and fax expenses, documentation fees, payment processing and reservation fees. You shall be liable to pay Asianventure Tours this handling charge in addition to any charges levied by our airline contractors,…. which have strict individual cancellation policy requiring you a part or full amount of your booking services in any circumtances. If you make any cancellation, you should clarify refund policy with our sale staff in advance.

b, The amendment policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. In cases of amendment to change the flight time or flight date , Asianventure Tours cannot assume any responsibilities for fare increases. You shall be liable to pay Asianventure Tours the supplement for the fare increases if this supplement is required by our airline contractors.

6. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic Socialist of Vietnam and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam as regards any claim or matter arising under this agreement.
